By avoiding the pitfalls of an overabundance of poorly used emails, participants will learn to develop a thoughtful and strategic approach in choosing the appropriate communication channels for each professional situation.


The main goal is to create an environment where each team member can fully leverage the potential of every communication channel, utilizing its specific advantages to increase operational efficiency, reduce unnecessary disruptions, and foster positive interpersonal relationships both internally and with external clients. Course Content

Understanding the Communication Process: Identifying individual roles in the communication process. Exploring the differences between synchronous and asynchronous communication. Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each channel through interactive case studies.


Strategies for Choosing the Right Channel: Practical application with real-world scenarios to identify priority tasks. Eliminating distractions and focusing on essential communications.


Workshop: Creating a Communication Code: Collective identification of team values and norms. Practical activity to develop a communication code tailored to the team. Positive dialogue on the importance of implementing strategies to use and maintain the code.
